Job Summary
Education Requirements and Acceptable Alternatives
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil / Architectural preferred) Mandatory
- Proven experience in BIM and digital engineering within construction projects Required
- Strong hands-on BIM experience may substitute for formal specialization
Required Courses / Certifications
- Autodesk Certifications (Revit / Navisworks) Preferred
- BIM Professional Certification Preferred
- PMP Advantage
- ISO 19650 (BIM standards) Strong Advantage
Requirements
Other Important Requirements / Remarks
- Strong experience in:
- BIM modeling and coordination
- Clash detection and resolution
- BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
- Digital engineering workflows
- Experience in infrastructure projects is highly preferred
- Must be:
- Detail-oriented
- Strong in coordination
- Technically proficient
- Experience in multi-discipline and multi-package environments
- Strong coordination with:
- Design teams
- Construction teams
- Planning and engineering teams
