Job Summary
Education Requirements and Acceptable Alternatives
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil / Architecture) or Quantity Surveying Mandatory
- Specialization in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management Preferred
- Strong hands-on QS and cost management experience may substitute for formal specialization
Required Courses / Certifications
- PMP Advantage
- Cost Estimation / Measurement Courses Preferred

- Strong experience in:
- Quantity take-off
- BOQ preparation & review
- Measurement and remeasurement
- Payment certification
- Variations and cost evaluation
- Experience in infrastructure projects is highly preferred
- Must be:
- Detail-oriented
- Accurate in measurement
- Strong in cost analysis
- Experience in multi-package environments is a plus
- Strong coordination with:
- Commercial team
- Contracts team
- Site teams

712 years of experience
Typical Career Progression:
- 03 years: QS / Site Engineer
- 37 years: Quantity Surveyor
- 712 years: Senior QS / QS Lead
Below Requirement:
- 56 years: Borderline
- Less than 5 years: Not suitable
Important Note (Infrastructure):
- Strong experience in infrastructure quantities is critical
(roads utilities networks earthworks) - Candidate must be strong in:
- Measurement accuracy
- Cost control at package level
- Supporting commercial decisions
