Job description

·Undertake QC functions in the workplace for daily QC activities.

·Conduct inspection of raw materials, bought out items and review of Material Test Certificates (MTC) and the specification requirements.

·Interface and coordinate with clients for QC matters and coordinate with third party inspection agencies for all related inspection activities.

·Prepare Quality Control procedures/work instruction, ITP (Inspection Test Plans) according to project/client requirements and follow-up for its approval and monitor the implementation.

·Plan and supervise Subcontractor inspection activities and reviews of Sub Contractor QC performance.

·Supervise staff for reporting, recording and inspection activities.

·Preparation of final QC dossier for handing over to the client and maintain proper filling system (as per Organization procedure) with full traceability for retrieving the document.

·Have a proactive approach in problem solving.

·Knowledge and experience in Soil investigation and batching plant assessment.

·Coordinate with the Clients and subcontractors for carrying out field compaction test on soil, cube tests & slump tests on concrete and the various third-party tests on soil and concrete.

·Conduct pre-concrete inspections and ensure that the formwork, rebar’s and the concrete placing are in accordance with the approved drawings and international standards.

·Inspection of Concreting, Fireproofing and Asphalt paving.

·Inspection of Building works.

Guide the land surveyors by carrying out constant checks in levels and coordinates and ensure that they are in accordance with the project specifications.

·Bachelors of Electrical engineering degree

·Should have experience in Power & Construction Projects.

·Data Analysis.

·Report writing and business and technical correspondence.

·Interpretation of International and National standards/codes used for complying quality requirement.

·Good communication skill.

·Team building and leadership skill.

·Related Field Experience: 3 to 5 years

·Overall Experience: 3 to 5 years

oISO Lead Auditor Training

oConflict and grievance resolution

o2 to 7 Years of work Experience with experience in ISO systems
