Job description

• Manage software deployment activities, configuration, testing, training, and handover.
  

  
  

• Support customer onboarding and ensure successful adoption of Garment IO solutions.
  

  
  

• Monitor customer usage, identify potential challenges, and proactively address risks.
  

  
  

• Provide ongoing customer support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate escalations.
  

  
  

• Conduct regular customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.
  

  
  

• Deliver product demonstrations during assigned pre-sales activities.
  

  
  

• Maintain accurate customer records, deployment documentation, and support reports.
  

  
  

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, MechanicalEngineering, or a related field.

0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates may be considered

Practical experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, training, or technical/operational support.

Good understanding of industrial operations, manufacturing processes, and production workflows.

Strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.

Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.

Ability to manage priorities, take ownership, and collaborate effectively across teams.

Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, ERP, MES, AI tools, or similar systems is an advantage.
