Role Description The Salesperson role at RED | Real Estate Domain is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The individual in this role will engage with prospective buyers, sellers, and developers, conduct property viewings, and present tailored real estate solutions backed by data and market insights. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing leads, following up with clients, preparing property proposals, negotiating terms, and guiding clients through the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing. The Salesperson will maintain detailed records in RED’s systems, coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate information and smooth processes, and represent the company professionally in all customer interactions. The role also involves staying informed about market trends, developer offerings, and new projects in RED’s coverage areas to provide up-to-date guidance.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for building trust-based client relationships.
• Ability to understand and explain data-backed insights, market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities in clear, practical terms.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, office productivity software, and technology-enabled sales processes.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market, especially areas such as New Cairo, New Capital, Sheikh Zayed, October, North Coast, Ain Sokhna, and Red Sea, is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple leads and property portfolios simultaneously.
• Commitment to ethical, customer-focused service and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales experience in real estate or a similar industry is an advantage.
