Job Objective: The security individual is responsible for securing the food warehouse, protecting property and goods, ensuring compliance with security and safety procedures, and organizing the entry and exit movement of individuals and vehicles. Job Tasks and Responsibilities: First: Security and Protection: Securing the warehouse and its perimeter during working hours. Monitoring the entry and exit points of the warehouse and preventing unauthorized access. Maintaining the safety of goods and property from theft or damage. Implementing approved security instructions and policies. Second: Organizing Entry and Exit: Recording the entry and exit movement of individuals and visitors. Recording the entry and exit of cars and distribution vehicles. Ensuring that approved entry and exit permits for goods are present. Conducting routine security inspections during entry and exit (according to company policies). Third: Safety and Emergencies: Monitoring the application of occupational health and safety procedures within the warehouse. Immediately reporting any violations or security risks. Dealing with emergency situations (fire – theft – accidents) according to instructions. Cooperating with management and relevant authorities when needed. Fourth: Monitoring and Reporting: Preparing daily reports on the security status. Recording any observations or abnormal events during the shift. Handing over security equipment at the end of the shift. Qualifications and Requirements: Intermediate qualification or lower. Previous experience in the field of security (preferred in warehouses or factories). Good physical fitness. Commitment and discipline at work. Readiness to work in a shift system.
