Role Description The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves advising clients on residential and commercial real estate opportunities, including buying, selling, and leasing properties. Daily responsibilities include conducting property viewings, assessing market trends, preparing accurate listings, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local regulations and developments. The Senior Property Consultant will build and manage a client portfolio, negotiate offers, prepare contracts in coordination with legal and administrative teams, and ensure a smooth end-to-end transaction experience. This role also includes collaborating with colleagues, contributing to sales strategies, and representing Y THE BROKERS’ brand and service standards in all client interactions.
Qualifications

• Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable real estate solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients, colleagues, and partners.
• Proficient customer service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and relationship-building.
• Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Solid understanding of real estate principles, local market dynamics in Cairo, and relevant laws and regulations.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple transactions simultaneously, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience as a Property Consultant or in a senior real estate role is a strong advantage.
