Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve the enterprise Observability and AIOps strategy architecture principles target architecture and roadmap.
• Act as a trusted adviser to senior technology operations and business stakeholders turning complex challenges into clear architectural decisions.
• Lead the end-to-end architecture of the Splunk platform including scalability resilience security performance and lifecycle management.
• Define telemetry data-ingestion and integration patterns across applications infrastructure cloud networks and service management.
• Own architecture governance for the observability domain including HLDs reference architectures standards design decisions and assurance.
• Evaluate emerging capabilities and influence platform direction through innovation technology assessment and vendor engagement.

Experience & Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Splunk architecture observability monitoring and enterprise IT operations
• Fluent English communication skills both written and verbal.
• Mandatory expertise in enterprise Splunk architecture across on-premises cloud and hybrid environments.
• Strong knowledge of Splunk data ingestion indexing search clustering high availability disaster recovery and security.
• Proven experience defining observability strategies and architectures for large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in telemetry service monitoring SLI/SLO management event management AIOps operational analytics and user experience monitoring.
• Ability to design and integrate observability solutions across multiple technologies and platforms.
• Experience establishing architecture standards governance frameworks reference architectures and adoption roadmaps.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk ITSI including service models KPIs service health monitoring event correlation and operational dashboards.
• Ability to produce High-Level Designs (HLDs) and provide technical leadership throughout implementation and delivery.
