Role Description :

• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Prepare baseline programs, updates, and recovery schedules.
• Monitor actual progress against planned progress.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Track project milestones, delays, and critical activities.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, and subcontractor teams.
• Prepare resource-loaded schedules and manpower plans.
• Review subcontractor schedules and progress.
• Participate in progress meetings and provide planning updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Not less than 3 years of construction/project planning experience
• Understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and project management.
• Excellent using Primavera .
• Ability to prepare professional reports using Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with roads, buildings, infrastructure, or other civil projects depending on the employer.
