Argon Welding:

• Performing welding operations using Argon (TIG) welding machines in accordance with drawings and technical specifications.
• Welding pipes, tanks, parts, and metal components, particularly stainless steel and aluminum as needed and depending on the machine and material type.
• Preparing metal surfaces before welding, cleaning them, and removing rust and impurities.
• Adjusting the welding machine, selecting the appropriate current intensity, welding wire type, and shielding gas according to the metal type and thickness.
• Ensuring the quality of welds and their freedom from cracks, holes, and visible defects.
• Executing repair and maintenance work for metal parts and equipment within the factory.
• Reading engineering drawings and welding instructions and executing work accordingly.
• Adhering to occupational health and safety procedures and wearing personal protective equipment.
• Maintaining welding equipment and tools and ensuring their integrity.
• Coordinating with maintenance engineers and technicians to execute required repairs.

Powder Welding:

• Executing welding and repair work for molds used in metal forming processes.
• Using powder welding to repair worn or damaged parts of molds, according to the material type and nature of the defect.
• Preparing metal surfaces before welding, cleaning them, and removing damaged parts as needed.
• Adding welding metal to worn or broken parts to restore their required dimensions.
• Performing grinding and finishing work after welding to achieve the required dimensions and shape.
• Collaborating with mold operation and maintenance technicians to ensure part efficiency after repair.
• Inspecting weld quality and ensuring no cracks or defects affect the mold's performance.
• Adhering to the instructions of the responsible engineer and required technical specifications.
• Maintaining welding equipment and operating and finishing tools.
• Adhering to occupational health and safety procedures while performing welding and repair work.
