Salary is fixed, very rewarding, plus KPIs. 21 days annual leave. English level required: A1 or A2. Age: Maximum 30 years old. Higher education degree, graduate. 10 days paid training. No previous experience required. Handling merchant and customer calls, receiving and understanding inquiries, sending complaints and requests to the relevant department, and following up according to the required quality standards.
