Role Description The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and commercial properties within Vie Communities’ developments in New Cairo. This full-time, on-site role involves meeting prospective clients, conducting property tours, explaining project features, and guiding clients through the sales process from initial inquiry to closing. The role includes preparing and presenting offers, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available inventory and market trends. The Real Estate Salesperson will also follow up with leads, provide excellent customer service, and build lasting relationships to support repeat and referral business.

Key Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales.
- Good knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Target-oriented with good follow-up and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Sell residential and commercial properties.
- Generate leads and follow up with clients.
- Present projects, prices, and payment plans.
- Negotiate with clients and close deals.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Maintain good client relationships.
- Follow up on reservations and contracts.
- Update sales activities on the CRM system.
