**Role Description**
This full-time on-site Insurance Sales Agent role is based in Ad Daqahliyah Egypt. The Insurance Sales Agent will identify prospective clients present suitable insurance products and guide clients through policy selection application and onboarding. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales calls and meetings preparing quotes explaining coverage options and ensuring policies align with clients needs and budgets. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships handling inquiries and policy changes and coordinating with underwriting and back-office teams to finalize contracts. The Insurance Sales Agent will also track sales activities meet defined targets and service levels and adhere to all regulatory and company compliance standards.

**Qualifications**

* Candidates should possess strong Insurance Sales and Sales skills for prospecting presenting solutions and closing deals.
* Candidates should possess solid Insurance and Insurance Brokerage knowledge to advise clients on appropriate coverage and policy structures.
* Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to respond to client inquiries resolve issues and build long-term relationships.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
* Proven ability to meet sales targets and work with performance metrics.
* High level of integrity professionalism and adherence to regulatory requirements.
* Comfort working in an on-site client-facing environment; fluency in local language and good command of English preferred.
* Relevant diploma or degree in business finance or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage.
