Connectalents is seeking a Senior Marketing Consultant for a premier business consultancy that advises businesses on financial and commercial decisions, with a strong focus on Egyptian real estate. Its marketing work spans market research, brand strategy, campaign planning, launch events, and campaign supervision, backed by more than 20 years of accumulated expertise and a trusted portfolio of work with over 60 developers.

Job Role:

Key responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day client coordination and agree scope and timelines.

•Write clear briefs and translate research into campaign direction.

•Supervise digital and offline delivery, events, vendors and client-ready materials.

•Guide Specialists, keep trackers current and escalate risks to the Principal Lead.

Mobility

Client visits and launch events may be required. Site visits or shooting locations depend on the assignment; confirm frequency during screening.

What We're Looking For:

Required evidence

•3–5 years running integrated campaigns across relevant digital and offline channels.

•Directly supervised at least two junior team members in live projects.

•Can demonstrate brief writing, launch coordination and quality review.

•Clear written escalation and confident client communication.

Useful advantages

•Real estate or B2B consultancy accounts.

•Experience with CRM and project management tools.

•Organized under pressure

•Creative with strong delivery discipline

•Flags issues early and checks details
