Role Description This is a full-time, on-site ERPNext Implementer role based in El Mansoura. The ERPNext Implementer will work closely with clients to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and configure ERPNext modules to align with operational and financial needs. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and customizing ERPNext, migrating data, testing system functionalities, and providing user training and support. The role involves documenting configurations, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and post-go-live stability. The ERPNext Implementer will also contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements and system optimizations.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ERPNext (or similar ERP platforms) and experience in implementing or configuring ERP modules such as accounting, inventory, sales, purchasing, and HR.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and business process workflows across finance, operations, and supply chain.
• Ability to gather and analyze requirements, map processes to system functionalities, and document solutions clearly and accurately.
• Competence in data management, including data migration, data validation, and basic reporting or dashboard creation.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and support end users and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with SQL, basic scripting, or system configuration tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in El Mansoura and manage multiple implementation tasks and deadlines.
