Job Summary

We are hiring on behalf of one of our partner companies for a Mass and Youth Advisor role.

This opportunity is ideal for Arabic-speaking graduates looking to start their career within a high-impact tech-driven customer experience team supporting e& Egypt.

• Handling inbound customer queries from mass market and youth segment customers
  

• Providing accurate and efficient support via phone email or chat
  

• Escalating unresolved cases to relevant departments
  

• Logging customer interactions with precision
  

• Meeting performance and service quality benchmarks
  

• Adhering to company procedures and standards during every interaction
  

Requirements

• Must be a university graduate (students are not eligible)
  

• Arabic fluency is required
  

• A2 English level or above
  

• Ready to work from the company s office in Smart Village
  

• No prior experience required (fresh grads are welcome)
  

• Willing to work rotational shifts (latest shift ends at 9 PM for females and 3 AM for males)
  

• Able to work on rotational days off
  

Benefits

Basic Salary: EGP 5000

KPI Bonus: EGP 1255.06 (gross)
