The studio partners closely with clients to plan campaigns, create content, and optimize performance across digital channels.
Role Description The Sales Associate role at Arken Studio is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. The Sales Associate will identify and qualify potential clients, conduct outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and present Arken Studio’s digital marketing and creative production services. This role includes building and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities, preparing proposals and quotations, and supporting contract negotiations in coordination with senior team members. The Sales Associate will collaborate with the marketing and production teams to align client needs with service offerings, follow up on leads generated by campaigns, and provide ongoing account support to help ensure client satisfaction and retention. Regular reporting on sales activities, targets, and market feedback will be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and creative production services, including basic understanding of photography, video, and motion design offerings.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex services clearly and persuasively.
• Solid organizational and time management skills to manage multiple opportunities, follow-ups, and documentation.
• Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within marketing, media, or creative industries.
• Proficiency in common office and CRM tools, and the ability to learn new sales platforms as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage for client communication in Cairo.
