About Cairo Syntax

Cairo Syntax trains company teams in AI, Power BI and data analytics, and digital marketing, and builds the technology they need next. We work only with companies (B2B), in Egypt and the Gulf, from our base at Zewail University, 6th of October City.

The role

Business Development Coordinator (fresh graduate to 2 years of experience). Part-time (20 hours a week) with a path to full-time. Hybrid: field visits in West Cairo plus office days at Zewail University.

What you'll do

• Call companies from our daily target list, introduce Cairo Syntax and book short meetings or free diagnostic sessions (scripts provided).
• Visit companies in 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed and nearby areas: deliver our company profile, meet HR and L&D teams, and collect training needs.
• Represent Cairo Syntax at job fairs and business events.
• Follow up by phone, email and WhatsApp Business, and keep the pipeline sheet up to date every day.
• Coordinate workshop logistics (room, attendee list, reminders) with the Managing Partner.
• Send a short daily report: calls made, meetings booked, next steps.

Must-haves

• Bachelor's degree (business, commerce, marketing, languages or related). Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Fluent Arabic and strong spoken and written English.
• Confident on the phone and in person, and comfortable approaching HR managers and executives.
• Organised and reliable; comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets and email.
• Able to travel within Greater Cairo for visits.

Nice-to-haves

• An internship in sales, recruitment or customer service.
• Interest in AI and data.
