About the Opportunity: Digital Transformation Project Manager
Your mission as a Digital Transformation Project Manager will be to lead and oversee transformative digital initiatives that align with the companys strategic goals. Youll work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to plan execute and deliver impactful digital projects that enhance efficiency drive innovation and support long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities: Strategy Transformation & Project Execution

• Lead the strategic planning implementation and execution of digital transformation initiatives.

• Define project scope objectives deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders.

• Develop comprehensive project plans with clear timelines milestones and resource allocations.

• Oversee project progress ensure adherence to deadlines and manage risks effectively.

• Administer project budgets monitor expenditures and ensure alignment with financial objectives.

• Implement change management strategies to drive adoption and engagement across all departments.

• Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams for the integration of ERP CRM and HRMS systems.

• Conduct risk analysis and create contingency plans to ensure smooth execution.

• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders providing updates on progress risks and milestones.

• Track KPIs and project outcomes recommending process improvements when needed.

• Stay up-to-date with digital trends tools and technologies to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Essential Skills & Qualifications: Leadership Innovation & Digital Expertise

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• 35 years of proven experience leading digital transformation projects.

• Strong project management and analytical skills.

• Certified PMI-PMP (mandatory); additional certifications such as PMI-ACP or PMI-PBA are a plus.

• Expertise in ERP CRM and HRMS system integration.

• Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to fast-paced environments.

• Fluent in English.
