Clean & More – a fast-growing leader in the cleaning detergent and household care category – is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Supervisor to strengthen our wholesale and distribution operations across Egypt.

Reporting directly to the Senior Sales Manager, you will own end-to-end management of key distributor partnerships — from onboarding and negotiation to sell-out performance and cash collection. This is a critical field leadership role focused on driving revenue growth through our wholesale channel.

• Develop and execute the annual wholesale sales strategy aligned with company revenue targets across all governorates.
• Set and monitor quarterly volume targets per distributor, ensuring consistent achievement of sales, coverage, and financial goals.
• Negotiate annual trade agreements, pricing, credit terms, and promotional budgets with major distributors.
• Own the full cash collection cycle and maintain Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) within target.
• Identify growth opportunities in underpenetrated regions and expand distributor network.
• Conduct regular business reviews with distributors and provide actionable market intelligence.

• 5–8 years of experience in Wholesale / Distribution Sales within FMCG (Cleaning, Detergents, or Consumer Goods).
• Must have strong experience in Delta and/or Upper Egypt distribution.
• Proven track record in managing distributors, achieving sales targets, and cash collection.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Egypt.
