Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Interior Designer, located in 6 October with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for overseeing space planning, furniture layouts. Additionally, the role involves developing innovative interior design concepts and managing furniture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop advanced technical drawings, detailed interior layouts, and design documentation.
• Create comprehensive space planning solutions and furniture layouts that align with client needs and brand aesthetics.
• Collaborate closely with production and factory teams to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.
• Lead client meetings and design presentations, providing creative direction and expert consultation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise and mentor junior designers, ensuring high standards of design quality and project consistency.

Qualifications

• Skills in Space Planning and Architecture
• Experience in Interior Design and FF&E management
• Strong project management abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Blender 3D, Revit, 3ds Max, Microsoft Office.

Work Model:

Hybrid—primarily onsite at the company, with the possibility of working from home on specific days as agreed.

Days Off: Fridays
