Preparing and pre-arranging any papers or documents that the customer may need to make agreements and conclude contracts. Detailed explanation of all products and services of the company in which they work, and encouraging customers to purchase them. Paying attention to customer problems and helping to solve them, and conveying complaints and suggestions to the company's management. Building relationships and constant communication with existing and potential customers. Preparing clear work plans (daily/weekly/monthly) and making periodic improvements to them.
