Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect shipments and imports of chemicals and supplies and ensure they comply with purchase orders.
• Store materials according to standard requirements (temperature, humidity, and safety requirements for chemical materials).
• Organize and arrange the warehouse and apply intelligent issuing and storage policies (FIFO / FEFO) to ensure products do not expire.
• Accurately record the movement of incoming and outgoing goods on the company's electronic system.
• Conduct periodic and annual inventory counts of warehouses and reconcile actual balances with book balances.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and adhere to occupational health and safety standards.

Required Qualifications and Conditions:

• Qualification: Holds a suitable higher or intermediate degree.
• Experience: At least two (2) years of experience as a warehouse keeper (previous experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or medical supply warehouses is highly preferred).
• Technical Skills: Full proficiency in computer programs (MS Office) and warehouse management software (ERP Systems).
• Personal Attributes: Integrity, extreme accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure and manage time.
• Military Status: Determine the final status of military service (for males).
• Residence: Residents of Obour City or surrounding areas are preferred.
