We’re Hiring | B2B Affiliate Agent

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven B2B Affiliate Agent to join our growing team. The role focuses on acquiring new affiliates, reactivating dormant accounts, and building strong business relationships across international markets to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact dormant affiliates in the database and reactivate existing partnerships.
  • Generate and onboard new affiliates across Egypt, the GCC, Europe, and the Americas.
  • Finalize affiliate agreements in accordance with company policies.
  • Train affiliates on the company platform, sales processes, and policies.
  • Provide affiliates with marketing materials, updated inventory, payment plans, and promotional offers.
  • Maintain regular communication and provide ongoing support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Follow up on potential leads and closed deals to support conversions and maintain strong affiliate relationships.

Job Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or affiliate management.
  • Telesales experience is a must.
  • Very good English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to acquire new affiliates and reactivate dormant accounts.
  • Good command of CRM systems and Excel, with effective sales pipeline management and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and persistent in closing deals.
  • Ability to manage and develop affiliate relationships across international markets.
