:Job Responsibilities
- Review and study structural drawings, specs, and BOQ; identify discrepancies
- Prepare and review shop drawings for RC elements (foundations, columns, slabs, cores)
- Coordinate structure with architectural and MEP drawings to resolve clashes
- PrepareBBS (bar bending schedules by ASD or Revit ), concrete quantity take-offs, and material requests
- Prepare Owner and subcontractor invoices
- Prepare method statements, RFIs, and technical reports for consultant approval
- Follow up approvals (RFI, MIR, shop drawings) and maintain document log
- Control steel rebare waste according to BBS
- Create as-built drawings and handover documents
- Prepare matrerial submittal compiled with project specification and vendor list
