Role Description The Incoming Tour Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves coordinating and managing tour itineraries for international visitors, including arranging accommodations, transportation, guided tours, and activities. The Incoming Tour Operator communicates with travel partners, agencies, and clients to confirm reservations, address inquiries, and provide accurate information about travel packages. Daily tasks include preparing tour proposals, handling booking modifications, ensuring smooth tour operations, and delivering high-standard customer service. The role also supports sales efforts by promoting Fayed Travel’s services and contributing to the development of attractive travel offers.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Travel & Tourism industry practices and destinations in Egypt.
• Experience coordinating Guided Tours and working with tour guides or local suppliers.
• Proficient in Customer Service, with the ability to handle inquiries, feedback, and problem resolution.
• Hands-on experience with Reservations, booking systems, and tour itinerary management.
• Sales skills to promote travel packages and support business growth.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client needs.
• Previous experience in a travel agency or tour operator role is preferred.
