Job Title: senior business developer

Location: New Cairo

Employment Type: Full-time/hybrid

Job Summary

The senior business developer owns the B2B growth and revenue of Blissify. You will hit quarterly targets and win new clients by generating leads through outreach and events, converting them through meetings, negotiations, and tailored proposals, and building partnerships. You will also lead a team of growth coordinators and use performance data to refine the growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive B2B growth and revenue for Blissify
• Achieve business targets, including acquiring new clients each quarter.
• Generate and develop new leads across B2B channels.
• Represent Blissify at events to generate leads and build partnerships.
• Attend client meetings to negotiate and close deals.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals and pricing for B2B deals, and follow them through to signed agreements.
• Manage and improve conversion rates across the full sales funnel, from lead to signed client.
• Develop and support B2B partnerships and collaborations to expand the academy's reach.
• Track performance data and optimize growth strategies based on results.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in growth, sales, or business development.
• Strong background in B2B within the same industry.
• Experience generating new leads and applying effective sales strategies to convert them into clients
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong sales techniques, with the ability to handle and excel at cold calling.
• Target-driven, with a focus on achieving results.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English communication skills.
