1. Responsible for periodic maintenance and daily inspection of mobile phone assembly and testing equipment and production line equipment. 2. Handle equipment malfunctions and repairs, respond quickly to abnormal production line equipment shutdowns, and be capable of independently diagnosing mechanical, electrical, sensor, and servo motor faults. This includes replacing spare parts, resuming production, and documenting fault causes and corrective actions taken. 3. Adjust and set up production line equipment and perform model changeovers; participate in the installation, trial operation, acceptance, and ramp-up of new equipment. This also includes the responsibility of changing equipment settings according to models, verifying parameters, adjusting software, and performing necessary tests. 4. Train personnel on equipment operation and provide on-site technical support, including training production line operators on equipment operation, conducting periodic checks, and following safety procedures. Additionally, correct non-standard operating methods and contribute to improving production line efficiency, yield rates, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
