Arabia For Ready Garment Company is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Gerber Patternist to join our team.

Job Location: Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt

Key Responsibilities

Develop and create accurate garment patterns using Gerber AccuMark.

Prepare and modify patterns for uniforms and ready-made garments.

Perform grading for different sizes with high accuracy.

Review samples, analyze fitting issues, and implement necessary adjustments.

Ensure patterns meet technical specifications and production requirements.

Coordinate with sampling and production teams to ensure product quality.

Optimize marker making and fabric consumption.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in pattern making for uniforms and ready-made garments.

Excellent command of Gerber AccuMark software.

Strong knowledge of pattern development, grading, fitting, and garment construction.

Good understanding of production requirements and fabric utilization.

High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
