F&b Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking an innovative and collaborative F&B Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team in Cairo this role you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness customer engagement and revenue growth for our food and beverage operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience and establish our brand as a leader in the F&B industry.

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote F&B products and services
• Analyze market trends competitor activities and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy
• Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram Facebook TikTok) and manage community engagement
• Collaborate with creative teams to design visually appealing marketing materials including graphics videos and promotional content
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns using Google Analytics and other marketing tools to maximize ROI
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Coordinate with sales operations and product teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing communications
• Plan and execute promotional events product launches and seasonal campaigns
• Monitor industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to keep the organization competitive
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers media partners and key stakeholders in the F&B sector
• Prepare regular marketing reports and presentations for management review

Qualifications :

• 2-4 years of professional experience in F&B marketing hospitality marketing or related marketing roles
• Proven expertise in digital marketing including social media marketing email marketing and content creation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions
• Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics CRM systems and marketing automation software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
• Demonstrated experience in campaign management and project coordination
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and digital advertising strategies
• Familiarity with graphic design basics and video marketing concepts
• Strong understanding of the F&B industry consumer behavior and market dynamics
• Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing concepts and strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building brand loyalty and engagement
• Experience with influencer marketing and brand partnership development is preferred
