Role Description The Senior Project Control Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Sherouk. This role is responsible for overseeing project control activities, including cost management, planning, scheduling, and performance tracking across multiple real estate projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and maintaining project budgets, monitoring cost variance, updating schedules, and reporting on project progress to stakeholders. The Senior Project Control Engineer will collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and finance to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role also involves analyzing data, identifying risks, recommending corrective actions, and supporting continuous improvement in project control processes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Cost Control and Cost Management skills to develop, monitor, and optimize project budgets.
• Candidates should possess Planning & Scheduling skills to create, update, and track detailed project timelines and milestones.
• Candidates should possess solid Project Control skills to integrate cost, time, and performance data and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret project data, identify trends, and propose corrective actions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction, or related field) or equivalent relevant discipline.
• Several years of experience in project control within real estate development, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in project management and planning tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and MS Excel.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work accurately under time constraints.
