• Responsible for receiving customers and responding to all their inquiries regarding prices, product advantages, and installment plans, while providing a professional sales experience that helps achieve sales and build a good relationship with the customer.
• Solving customer problems and understanding their causes, while working to provide appropriate solutions quickly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and improve the purchasing experience.
• Executing the entire sales process on the system, from registering the order to completing the payment process, and collecting the value of sales from customers, whether in cash, via payment cards, or through various installment applications and systems.
• Exchanging products with manufacturing defects according to company policies, ensuring the maintenance of the service level and achieving customer satisfaction.
• Continuous follow-up with the branch supervisor regarding promotional offers and the latest product price updates to support the sales process and enhance sales opportunities, in addition to notifying the branch supervisor of the necessary product requests from the warehouses to ensure item availability and successful completion of sales deals.
