Job Title: Telesales Specialist (Pharmaceutical Sector) Females – Morning Shift Working hours: From 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Males – Evening Shift Working hours: From 6:00 PM to 2:00 AMQualifications and Requirements:Higher qualification.Previous experience in telesales or customer service.Previous experience in the pharmaceutical field is preferred.Seriousness and commitment to daily tasks.Tact and good handling of customers.Ability to work within a team.Ability to handle call pressure and multitasking.Required Skills:Excellent communication skills over the phone and the ability to persuade.Good knowledge of basic types of medicines and the nature of pharmaceutical companies' work (an added advantage).Ability to build good relationships with customers (pharmacies – warehouses – medical centers).High organizational skills and the ability to follow up with customers and update the database.Quick learner and ability to work under pressure to achieve sales targets.Proficiency in using a computer, Excel programs, and CRM systems.
