Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products and ensure they meet specifications. Conduct paint tests and measure pH, density, color, and gloss. Use and calibrate laboratory equipment. Monitor production stages and ensure raw materials, weights, and temperatures are added correctly. Monitor packaging and ensure weights and packaging quality. Record test results, prepare quality reports, and report non-conforming products. Inspect operating water and scales, and retain product samples.
