Job Purpose / Preparing and developing architectural designs and construction drawings for the real estate and contracting projects of "One Way" company, while ensuring their compliance with technical specifications and engineering requirements, and coordinating directly with other disciplines (structural, MEP) and the site to ensure project execution at the highest quality and within the estimated deadlines. Responsibilities and Duties / • Preparing preliminary and final architectural designs for the residential, commercial, or administrative projects of "One Way" company. • Providing innovative architectural ideas and solutions that effectively utilize spaces while considering aesthetics, functionality, and economic cost. • Preparing 3D visualizations, architectural snapshots, and presentations for projects for marketing and approval purposes. • Preparing and developing complete construction drawings with detailed architectural specifications for site implementation. • Architectural compliance and coordination with structural and MEP drawings to resolve any conflicts before starting execution. • Reviewing and updating as-built drawings.
