floyd Company announces its need to hire a Product Upload & E-Commerce Data Specialist. The role involves managing and organizing product data, images, sizes, and colors, as well as utilizing artificial intelligence tools to process product images.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Product Management: Add and update products on the company website using WordPress and WooCommerce.

• Data Entry: Enter product names, descriptions, prices, colors, sizes, and SKUs/codes.

• Data & Variant Organization: Organize product SKUs and variants, ensuring overall data accuracy.

• AI Image Editing: Prepare and edit product images using AI tools.

• Quality Assurance (Visuals): Review images to ensure colors and details match the actual physical product.

• File & Image Management: Link images to their correct products and maintain an organized image file system.

• Page Auditing: Inspect product pages before publication to ensure they are error-free.

• Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with the operations team to resolve issues related to product data and inventory

Requirements

• Catalog Management Experience: Previous experience in product uploading or e-commerce catalog management.

• Platform Proficiency: Good knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce.

• Spreadsheet Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• AI & Image Editing Skills: Experience using AI tools and editing product photos.

• Attention to Detail: High accuracy and strong attention to detail.

• Scale & Volume Management: Ability to handle a large volume of products, SKUs, and size variants.

• Industry Preference: Experience in the apparel/clothing industry or general e-commerce is preferred.
