We’re Hiring Sales Manager – Translation & Localization

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background specifically in the Translation & Localization industry to drive business growth, acquire new B2B clients, and expand our market presence.

• Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute B2B sales and business development strategies within the translation and localization market.
• Acquire new corporate clients and build a strong portfolio of B2B accounts.
• Promote translation, localization, interpretation, multilingual content, and language solutions to businesses and organizations.
• Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities across different industries.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, and corporate clients.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and achieve sales targets.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to expand the company's client base and revenue.

• Requirements
• Proven experience in B2B Sales / Business Development within the Translation & Localization industry is a must.
• Strong understanding of translation agencies, language service providers (LSPs), localization services, and language solutions.
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition, lead generation, account management, and closing deals.
• Experience selling translation, localization, interpretation, subtitling, transcription, or multilingual content services.
• Strong network of corporate clients and decision-makers.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
