Your Mission

Turn an Egyptian music platform into content people want to watch, join and talk about.

Tactical makes creative work for brands like Netflix, Spotify, Amazon, Visa, Google and more. We build brands people want to spend time with.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Senior Social Creative to turn an approved campaign idea into relevant daily content.

You’ll help shape the content calendar, write copy, manage the community and create social-first content across TikTok, Instagram and other platforms.

This is a hands-on role.

Some days you’ll be writing captions and planning content.

Others, you’ll be filming TikToks, capturing behind-the-scenes footage at a shoot or finding the right way for the brand to join a live cultural conversation.

What You’ll Do

• Develop social-first ideas that bring the campaign’s creative direction to life across different formats and platforms.
• Own TikTok ideation, filming and editing under the supervision of the Senior Social Creative.
• Support the Senior Social Creative with scripts, artist prompts, creative briefs and content development.
• Attend campaign and artist shoots to capture useful behind-the-scenes and social-first content.
• Support on-ground content shoots, helping turn live moments into content that can be used throughout the campaign.
• Work closely with the wider creative, account, production and community teams to keep content moving and make sure deadlines are met.
• Maintain the content plan and always-on content calendar based on the approved campaign idea and content pillars.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• You have 2 years of experience in social creative, content creation, copywriting or community management.
• You write strong Egyptian Arabic copy and can adapt your tone for different audiences, artists and platforms.
• You understand TikTok and Instagram natively. You know what feels made for the platform and what feels like an ad awkwardly placed on it.
• You’re comfortable filming and editing short-form vertical content using tools such as CapCut and Higgsfield or similar.
• You pay attention to music, creators, memes, online behaviour and what people are talking about in Egypt.
• You’re organised enough to manage a content calendar and community while responding quickly when something timely happens.
• You’re comfortable working on shoots, attending events and capturing content in fast-moving environments.
• You take feedback well, care about the details and know when to ask for help.

• You can show us TikToks, Reels or other social content you’ve personally developed, filmed or edited.
• You’ve helped grow or manage a brand, creator, artist or personal social account.
• You understand Egypt’s music scene and can speak confidently about the artists, creators and communities shaping culture now.
• You’ve captured content at shoots, concerts, events or other live environments and turned it around quickly.
• You’ve written community replies or social copy that made people want to respond, share or join the conversation.
