Required Tasks: * Surveying construction works: concrete / masonry / finishes * Proficient in engineering programs such as SAP, ETABS, COLUMN, preparing calculation notes, and creating project schedules on Primavera or MS Project with high experience * Preparing bills of quantities (BOQ) with items, quantities, and materials * Reviewing structural and architectural drawings * Completing minor architectural modifications for clients - if any * Reviewing the differences between permit drawings and construction drawings * Creating a complete bill of quantities for each project by item - including prices. Required Programs: 1. AutoCad 2. Revit 3. ETABS 4. Sap 2000 5. MASTAN2 6. Linpro. Working 8 hours per day plus one hour of rest, 6 days a week. The work is design in a technical office only, not on-site or construction supervision.
