• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Oversee Personnel administration and maintain accurate records in compliance with local regulations.
• Act as a trusted advisor on Employee Relations and conflict resolution.
• Drive Recruitment & Selection efforts to attract top-tier talent to our growing team.
• Implement and monitor Performance Management systems to foster professional growth.
• Ensure 100% compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and internal policies.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of proven experience in a Human Resources role, demonstrating a solid track record of success.
• Deep expertise in Human Resources (HR) practices and Personnel management.
• Strong command of Egyptian Labor Law and local regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in HRIS tools and Payroll Administration processes.
• Exceptional Conflict Resolution and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage Recruitment & Selection and Performance Management cycles.
• Must be based in or willing to work On-site in Cairo, Egypt.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to operate at an Experienced career level.
