Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and develop the project Baseline Schedule.

- Develop, update, and monitor project schedules.

- Track actual progress against planned progress.

- Prepare Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.

- Analyze delays, deviations, and schedule performance.

- Prepare and monitor Look-Ahead Schedules.

- Monitor critical activities and the Critical Path.

- Coordinate with site, Technical Office, Cost Control, and procurement teams.

- Prepare Recovery Programs when required.

- Support the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and delay analysis.

- Update project schedules based on actual progress and approved changes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects.

- Excellent knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.

- Experience in Delay Analysis and EOT Claims is preferred.
