We’re Hiring | Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

OVERDUE is a growing Egyptian fashion brand, and we’re looking for an FP&A Manager to help us plan our next stage of growth.

This role goes beyond reporting. You’ll work closely with the founder to build clear financial plans, manage cash flow, and make sure our growth decisions are backed by solid analysis.

What you’ll do:

• Build budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial scenarios

• Track cash flow, spending, profitability, and performance against plan

• Support production, inventory, and restocking decisions through financial planning

• Analyze product costs, pricing, margins, and sales performance

• Prepare clear monthly reports and practical recommendations for the founder

• Help build financial processes that support a growing e-commerce and fashion business

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in financial planning and analysis, finance, or management accounting

• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills

• A practical, hands-on mindset and the ability to explain numbers clearly

• Experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce is a plus
