Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves preparing and reviewing mechanical designs, drawings, and calculations, as well as coordinating with project teams to ensure technical compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards. The engineer will support tendering activities, prepare bills of quantities, technical submittals, and method statements, and assist in value engineering and cost optimization for mechanical systems. Daily tasks include resolving technical queries, providing guidance to site teams, reviewing shop drawings and material approvals, and liaising with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors. The role also requires monitoring project progress from a technical perspective and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• 4-7 Years of Experiance is a MUST.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in construction or building services projects (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and related mechanical systems). Is a MUST
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and standards; proficiency in relevant engineering and Revit , CAD software.
• Previous experience in a technical office role at senior or supervisory level is highly desirable.
