Role Description The Market Place Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis, responsible for managing and growing key marketplace accounts. This role involves overseeing day-to-day account operations, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Market Place Account Manager will coordinate with internal teams to optimize listings, pricing, and promotions, and will analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. The role includes building and maintaining strong relationships with marketplace partners, resolving issues in a timely manner, and preparing regular reports and updates for stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Strong account management and relationship building skills, with experience handling multiple clients or partners.
• Customer satisfaction and communication skills, with the ability to respond to inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Analytical skills for interpreting marketplace data, tracking performance, and recommending improvements.
• Experience with online marketplaces or e-commerce platforms is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools; familiarity with CRM or account management systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
