Position: Accounts Payable Supervisor
Location: New Damietta

☑️ Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise the Accounts Payable team and daily operations.
* Manage and process vendor invoices accurately and on time.
* Review and verify expense reports and payment requests.
* Prepare, review, and approve journal entries.
* Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
* Ensure accurate AP records, documentation, and reporting.
* Monitor payment schedules and maintain strong vendor relationships.
* Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
☑️ Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and financial operations.
* Previous experience in a supervisory or section head role is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of journal entries, reconciliations, and AP cycles.
* Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Office.
* Real estate or construction industry experience is a plus.
