Role Description The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Qesm El Sherouk. The CCO will oversee all commercial activities, including sales strategy, revenue growth, business planning, and market expansion across residential, commercial, and administrative projects. Responsibilities include developing and executing commercial and strategic plans, managing key client relationships, leading sales and account management teams, and optimizing pricing, budgeting, and performance targets. The role also involves monitoring market trends, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with development, finance, and marketing teams, and ensuring commercial operations align with the company’s overall objectives. The CCO will report to senior leadership and provide regular performance updates and forecasts.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to drive growth and market positioning.
• Proven track record in Sales and Account Management, including leading high-performing commercial teams.
• Strong experience in Budgeting, revenue forecasting, and financial performance optimization.
• Extensive background in real estate or property development, preferably across residential, commercial, and administrative projects.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, with proficiency in using data and market insights to guide strategy.
• Clear and effective communication skills in spoken and written English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Sherouk and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
