Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct third-party inspections of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at construction sites.
• Inspect installations and verify compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, and relevant standards.
• Monitor installation quality and identify non-conformities or deviations from project requirements.
• Review relevant inspection requests, technical documents, and material approvals.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, document findings, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and report technical observations to the relevant team.

job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in MEP site inspection, construction, or quality control.
• Good knowledge of MEP systems, construction practices, and applicable codes and standards.
• Experience in reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and inspection documentation.
• Strong reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in third-party inspection or consultancy is an advantage.
• Willingness to work at project sites as required.
