Monitor for signs of crime or suspicious movements and investigate disturbances. Act legally in the direct defense of life or property against illegal acts and remove trespassers. Keep accurate notes of unusual incidents. Report any suspicious incidents in detail. Periodically patrol the building and the institution's premises randomly or regularly. Monitor and control building entrances and vehicle gates. Monitor alarm systems and video cameras and operate detection and emergency equipment. Perform first aid or CPR.
