The HR Recruiter manages the full recruitment and hiring cycle for company branches, from identifying needs to the new employee starting their job, with the goal of providing qualified personnel for the kitchen, service area, and management with the required speed and quality. Tasks and Responsibilities: The HR Recruiter works with branch and department managers to identify staffing needs and prepare the recruitment plan, then writes job advertisements and posts them on appropriate platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional groups. They screen resumes, conduct initial interviews by phone or in person, coordinate interviews with branch managers, and personally conduct interviews for administrative candidates. They also organize walk-in interviews and practical skills tests for chefs, baristas, and cashiers. After selecting a candidate, they prepare the job offer, negotiate salary and benefits within the approved structure, verify references and regulatory documents, and follow up on residency procedures, work permits, and health certificates, then coordinate the onboarding and initial training of the new employee with the branch. Additionally, they build a database of candidates and relationships with universities, hospitality institutes, and recruitment agencies, and track recruitment metrics such as duration, cost, and turnover rate, submitting periodic reports on them. They adhere to company policies and local labor regulations, and contribute to enhancing its image as an attractive employer for talent.
