About EEBMS:

As the lifecycle owner of major projects, PMCM provides end-to-end project and construction management services, ensuring effective coordination between clients, contractors, and stakeholders. From planning and design management through execution and handover, we deliver certainty, control, and results.

Job Title: Civil Electrical Engineer.

Sector/Business Line: EEBMS.

Scope: Engineering Services.

Department: Engineering.

Accountabilities:

• Verify contractor compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, inspection and test plans and contractual requirements within the assigned scope.
• Monitor site progress, identify constraints and emerging risks, and provide timely records and recommendations to PMCM leadership.
• Review relevant submittals, requests for information, material approvals, inspections and test results within delegated authority and agreed response periods.
• Coordinate interfaces with other disciplines, the Contractor and Client representatives to prevent clashes, rework and delayed decisions.
• Maintain accurate daily records, photographs, inspection evidence, non-conformance follow-up and inputs to progress reporting.
• Confirm punch-list closure, testing, commissioning, as-built records and handover evidence applicable to the assigned scope.
• Escalate deviations, unsafe conditions and matters affecting cost, time, quality or contractual compliance through the PMCM reporting line.
• Comply with the project HSE plan, applicable legal requirements and PMCM HSE procedures.
• Stop, report and escalate unsafe conditions or activities in accordance with delegated authority and project procedures.
• Participate in risk assessments, inspections, incident learning and corrective-action follow-up relevant to the role.
• Promote safe behavior, environmental protection and proper housekeeping in all supervised or reviewed activities.

Direct Manager: Resident Engineer.

Education Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering discipline from a recognized university.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including experience on comparable construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in a PMCM/PMC or consultant-side role on multidisciplinary projects of comparable scale and complexity.
• Relevant professional registration or certification where required by applicable law or Client requirements.
• Relevant professional certification in the discipline, quality, project management or construction management is an advantage.
• Strong technical writing, meeting and formal-correspondence capability in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant discipline-specific engineering, review or reporting applications.
• Familiarity with common data environments, dashboards, BIM/model review or project controls systems, as applicable.
